Alcohol consumption may contribute to an anxiety attack the next day?
Has anyone drunk, and I mean a lot, and then had an attack of anxiety the next day? Do you think that after the effects of alcohol and everything to do with having the anxiety attack?
Alcohol is a depressant that can cause many symptoms of many during a hangover the next day. Yes, I've had many anxiety attacks occur during a hangover seemed to be exacerbated because of my hangover. I would not say this is something to worry too much, but possibly reducing their consumption of alcohol would be best.
