How can I cure my anxiety?
I do not know how it got caused I did not grow up with it but lately have had some bad anxiety. i do not want prescription drugs to take i was more interested in other ways of curing the problem.
Amanda I really dont eat too much sugar actually have been staying away. But ironically as I am typing this I was about to finish this mountain dew i got today which is kind of new for me. I smoke(d) alot of weed and stopped and tried to eat right and even did meditation for awhile but did not keep up with it. i will continue to do it tho.
Fluffy its glad to see somebody else going through it so i know I’m not alone. I have not heard about that prescription and hope everything is going good for you.
Most often, the toughest journey that we will travel is to close the emotional space between another person! How we travel this space emotionally(love, fear, hate, greed, lust) is first genetic, then chemical (crank), then situational (societal).
