What is the best way to cure anxiety clinic?
Please do not answer "tranquilizers"
Good, I like being the "party spoilers" so to speak, but my husband has clinical anxiety, has had for about 7 years, unfortunately, this led depression. Now we've tried almost everything in the responses above, including completely change "our" diet (and our own children included), but nothing has been "cured" her. Some things can relieve feelings of anxiety a bit, but I do not think that can never be completely cured. Sorry. Please, consult a doctor about it, is something that can not tackle alone if it is bad, and if you leave the hope that it will disappear, the chances are you can get depression, and this only makes the anxiety worse.
