Sometimes I feel I'm about to faint, I think it's anxiety attacks, but how can I control it?
Sometimes I feel like I'm to faint, occurs when employees have lunch or at meetings or when I'm driving lately. My mom suggested counting to 3 and again until happens, but I'm so scared sometimes if I'm driving just pull over and park your car. I recently started taking medication for anxiety, but I'm still having seizures. I think I start to feel more anxious then I get thinking about what will happen if the weak and getting worse. Is there anyone out there that has passed through this and found a way to get rid of feelings?
I have anxiety and medication when necessary … but that does not sound like anxiety I … are you eating enough? getting enough carbohydrates or sugars? I think you should call your doc back and tell you what's new …. or you can always go to a different doc … sometimes each will go to say something different
