
How I can find low-cost therapy for depression and anxiety?
I really need to reduce my feelings of depression and anxiety, but I am very tight on money and can not afford to pay a psychologist for private meetings. Is there another way? I have an aunt and uncle who are both psychologists but I'm very reluctant to seek help because they do not feel comfortable sharing this with family or friends for that matter. I do not know if it's worth asking or not? What other options are out there?
